PV Marketplace is a platform that connects homeowners with vetted solar PV installers. We facilitate the connection but are not party to any agreements made between users and installers.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

4. Privacy

Your personal information will be used to facilitate quote requests and improve our services. We will not sell your personal information to third parties. By using our platform you consent to your information being shared with installers you request quotes from.

5. Installer Vetting

While we make every effort to vet installers on our platform, PV Marketplace does not guarantee the quality of work performed by installers. We strongly recommend that users review installer profiles, read reviews, and conduct their own due diligence before entering into any agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

PV Marketplace shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or from any agreements made between users and installers through our platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
